Jordi Segalàs
Jordi Segalàs (1967) works as associate professor at the Research Institute of Sustainability Science and Tech in the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC-Barcelona Tech. He is the head of the Research Group on Sustainability Education and Technology in Higher Education. He has been the Director of the Catalan Network of Education for Sustainability. He obtained his PhD in Sustainability Education in Engineering from Barcelona Tech University. He has been working in curriculum greening policies and actions plans at the Barcelona Tech University since 2000. He is also working in TEMPUS (trans-European cooperation scheme for higher education) projects related to sustainable development in higher education. He has published more than 60 articles on higher education and sustainability.

Gemma Tejedor (1966) works as project manager and researcher at the Research Institute of Sustainability Science and Technology in the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC-Barcelona. Her PhD work is in transdisciplinarity learning for sustainability in engineering education. She holds a Master degree in Sustainability by UPC – Barcelona Tech and a Master in Forestry Engineering by University of Lleida. She has been working as a forestry engineer for about 15 years, both in public and private sector, as well as in cooperation projects in Latin America. She is currently working in TEMPUS (trans-European cooperation scheme for higher education) projects related to sustainable development in higher education.
